Important information regarding delivery times

Due to the significant disruptions currently affecting the transport and logistics sector in Europe, the delivery times for our orders are currently estimated between 3 and 4 weeks.

For several weeks, multiple carriers have been facing major operational difficulties: saturation of certain networks, pressure on transport capacities, shortage of truck drivers, and extended logistics lead times.

In this exceptional context, some orders may currently experience significantly longer delivery times than usual.

As of today, the carriers themselves are unfortunately no longer able to provide reliable and accurate delivery times for certain shipments, particularly for large or palletized orders.

At Provencelia, we place great importance on the quality of our products, the care given to each order, and our customers' delivery experience. Therefore, we prefer to be transparent before your order rather than announce deadlines that may not be met.
