We pack all shipments with the utmost care to ensure they are not damaged during transport. If you notice that the carrier wants to deliver a damaged package, please refuse to accept it.
Returns or exchanges
If you wish to return a jar, you have a legal period of 14 days to do so. In this case, please send it to our warehouse address. Make sure to pack it properly to avoid any damage during transport. No refund can be issued for damaged products.
