Born from an exclusive partnership between Poterie Terre du Sud and Provencelia, this cylindrical terracotta pot is a work of art. It is crafted using the rope technique, a Provençal method that appeared at the end of the 19th century. The rope, wound around wooden templates, shapes the interior form of the pot before the clay is applied by hand, layer after layer.

Its cylindrical silhouette of 90 cm reveals a whitewashed terracotta with a lively texture, patinated by the southern light. Like ancient amphorae, this garden pot is designed to last and is frost-resistant, season after season.

From a very small artisanal production, each piece is unique, born from the artisan's hand. Owning one means welcoming a work of art and living craftsmanship. Placed on a terrace or at the entrance of a property, the 2XL cylinder Made in Provence brings soul to your outdoor spaces.

Detailed description

Born of an exclusive partnership between Poterie Terre du Sud and Provencelia, this cylindrical terracotta planter is a work of art. It is rope-formed, a Provençal technique that emerged at the end of the 19th century. The rope, wound around wooden moulds, creates the inner shape of the planter before the clay is applied by hand, layer after layer.

Its 90 cm cylindrical silhouette reveals whitewashed terracotta with a lively texture, enriched by the light of the South. Like ancient amphorae, this garden planter is designed to last and is frost-resistant, season after season.

From a very small-scale artisanal production, each piece is unique, born from the craftsman's hand. Owning one means welcoming a work of art and a living craft into your home. Placed on a terrace or at a property entrance, the 2XL cylinder Made in Provence brings soul to your outdoor spaces.
