Orders

When will my order be delivered?

We strive to ship orders (if possible) on the day of the order or the following day. Delivery by the carrier then takes 24-48 hours.

What if my package was delivered damaged?

We pack all shipments with the utmost care to ensure they are not damaged during transport. If you see that the courier wants to deliver a damaged package, please refuse to accept it.

Returns or Exchanges

How can I return a product?

If you want to return a flower pot, you have 14 days by law to do so. In this case, please send it to the address of our warehouse. Make sure to pack it properly to prevent damage during transport. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged products.
